No. Since our services are 100% physical, manual, and personalized, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If something does not meet your expectations, we can make reasonable adjustments on the same day the vehicle is delivered to you.

Is an appointment necessary?

Yes. We work strictly by appointment to ensure we can dedicate our full time and attention to each vehicle. You can book through our website or by phone.

How long does a detailing service take?

It depends on the type of service and the condition of the vehicle. On average:

• Detailed Wash: 1–2 hours

• Interior Detailing: 2–4 hours

• Paint Correction or Premium Services: 4–8 hours or more.
We will always provide an estimated timeframe at the time of inspection.

Can I wait on-site while you work on my car?

You may do so if you wish, but we recommend dropping off the vehicle and returning once it is ready, especially for more extensive services.

Yes. We take photos and videos of our work to showcase real results. If you prefer your vehicle not to be featured on social media, simply let us know before service begins.
