Refund Policy
At LuxDamian LLC, every service is performed manually, personally, and physically. For this reason:
❗ Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Once the service has been started or completed, the payment is non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, or full payments.
If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we offer the opportunity to make reasonable adjustments on the same day the vehicle is delivered, provided that it is technically feasible and falls within the scope of the contracted service.

Client's Right of Withdrawal
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our services—and the fact that we reserve exclusive time slots for each vehicle—the following applies:
• Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable). • If the client fails to appear for the appointment (a "no-show"), the service will be considered cancelled, with no right to a refund or free rescheduling.
