By booking any service with LuxDamian LLC, the client agrees to the following terms:

Vehicle Inspection

The prices displayed on our website are estimates.

The final price may vary following a physical inspection of the vehicle, depending on:

• The actual level of dirt/soiling

• Paint condition

• Vehicle size

• Additional services required

No work will commence without the client's approval of the final price.

Vehicle Condition

LuxDamian LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the paint, interior, or vehicle components.

• Personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to the service performed.

Service Results

Detailing is an enhancement process, not a complete restoration.

Results may vary depending on the vehicle's initial condition.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

Use of Images

In order to showcase real results of our work, LuxDamian LLC may take photographs or videos of the vehicle before and after the service.

These images may be used on social media or in promotional materials, provided that no personal client information is ever disclosed.

If you wish to opt out of having your vehicle featured in this manner, please notify us before the service begins.
